Our primary stakeholders are leaders and practitioners in procurement in the public and private sectors of the Caribbean region.

1. To spread and improve appreciation of the value of procurement good practice by raising the profile of procurement at the leadership level in both the public and private sectors and acting as a catalyst for learning, knowledge sharing, and consensus building in the region.
