Program Changes
We will make every effort to present the program as advertised, but it may be necessary to change the date, location, speakers or content with little or no notice. In the event of program cancellation, Caribbean Procurement Institute's liability is limited to reimbursement of paid fees.
Cancellations and Substitutions
Substitutions of registrants are permitted at any time. If you are unable to find a substitute a full refund (less $50US administration fee) is available if a cancellation request is received in writing 14 days prior to the program date. No other refund is available.
Conference Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel the event if it is under subscribed or for any reason. In the event of cancellation we will endeavor to give delegates two weeks notice and the fee will be refunded in full.
Payment Receipts
All registered delegates will receive an acknowledgement of registration, together with confirmation of payment 5 days before the course.
